Registration for all programs must be done through PlayMetrics. Payments can be made all at once or paid in installments (Initial payment +2, 5, or 11 monthly payments).

Payments can be made electronically via credit/debit card (3% applies) or by check (no fee). Checks must be made payable to SPSC and mailed to P.O. Box 439, Sun Prairie, WI 53590.

All outstanding balances must be paid prior to registering for any future programs.

Returned Checks

Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee; and may result in this payment method being disallowed for the applicable household.
