Soccer is one of the few sports where players make 100% of their own decisions as the games are played. It is the responsibility of the coach to design trainings that test the skill of the entire team while developing the players to make these decisions or adjustments on the fly.

As a younger coach, I take pride in balancing both a fun and challenging environment in the club setting. Everyone enjoys winning games, but my ultimate goal is to assist the players in developing their play to gain the best advantage as they enter their career as a high school player.
