Brett has his USSF 7v7 and 9v9 coaching licenses and has three years of experience coaching. 

My number one coaching goal is for my players to have fun. I also strive for my players to progress individually as a player on and off the pitch. Lastly, my goal is for the team to progress and develop at every practice and game. I don’t worry so much about the score, as long as they learn and improve as a team and Individually each time they step on the pitch.
