What does it mean to be a coach? “Being a coach means making a difference for others by sharing a passion, knowledge and experience that inspires and guides individuals, small groups and teams to accomplish their goals. Also, teaching people how to work through challenges and adversity, with belief as we persevere through differences and commonalities achieving what no one thought was possible.”
