What does it mean to be a coach? “I strive to reach the highest level of success for our team. Success is not measured in simply winning but in the development of players for all aspects of life. The game of soccer is simply the means by which our players learn that hard work, discipline, dedication, attitude, and desire are keys to reaching their goal in soccer and in life. I strongly promote these five characteristics through focused practices with high expectations, developing team and individual goals, developing strong positive individuals and modeling through personal behavior. I expect players to display sportsmanship and class in both winning and losing. We win or lose games together as a team.”
