The program includes eight sessions designed to introduce kids to the fundamentals of soccer and get them excited about playing the game. 

We offer programs in Fall (starting in early September after Labor Day) and spring (starting in about mid-April depending on weather and field conditions).

All sessions are held at Stoneridge Estates Park on Fridays at 5:30pm-6:00 pm. Each group is capped at twenty (20) players. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Overview

Kinderball is a fun and active way to introduce young children to soccer. It is not a private coaching session — coaches lead group activities and are not able to provide one-on-one attention.

• Kinderball groups are a bit larger than our 5/6U and 7/8U teams. At this age, kids learn well by watching their friends — when they see others try something, they’re more likely to try it too!

• We focus on movement and fun — running, jumping, skipping, hopping, and basic soccer skills (with and without a ball).

• We do not play scrimmages or games against other teams. The goal is to help kids feel excited about soccer while learning the basics in a playful environment.

Behavior & Parent Responsibility for practices and games

For the safety, fairness, and enjoyment of all players:

• Children must be able stay on the field with a calm body and follow basic instructions.

• Disruptive behaviors such as hitting, pushing, screaming, or prolonged crying are unsafe and will result in being asked to sit on the sidelines until calm.

Do not drop off your child and leave—unless you have made arrangements for another adult to be present and available to assist your child if needed. Your presence and support are essential to your child’s success on the field.

The cost for this program is $50 for each season (fall/spring). Players receive a shirt and an age-appropriate size ball (size 3), provided by the Club with initial registration.
