Our 2nd annual SPSC Futsal Tournament will be held on March 7th-8th. We will try to schedule games so that this is a one-day event for teams on either the 7th or 8th.

This is a free to play event, but we are charging a $5 door fee for spectators so we can cover the costs of the program. We are also selling raffle tickets for $5, which gives you an opportunity to win items donated by our various sponsors. You will be be able to pay the door fee and buy raffle tickets using either cash or Venmo.

Forward Madison are gifting one free game ticket to each player on teams that win each age group. 

This is a privately managed, non-league event, so players' club affiliation is irrelevant. Anyone can form their own teams and participate.

Divisions/age groups will be created based on the number of teams. Certain age groups may be combined if needed. The goal is to provide a competitive experience for everyone.  Maximum ten players per team.

• 7U-8U
• 9U-10U
• 11U-12U
• 13U-15U
• Adults (16U+ and older)

All games are refereed to ensure the safety of players and fairness of play.

Minimum three games (two, 15-minute halves)

Playoffs will we be organized when the number of teams allows for it.

Schedules will be determined once we have the final number of teams registered.
