Donations and Sponsorships
Sun Prairie Soccer Club is a community-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been providing high-quality youth soccer programming for children ages 4 to 18 in our community for over 25 years. These programs are geared toward meeting the individual needs of each child in our community. We serve approximately 500-600 players each year, teaching values of teamwork, sportsmanship and community, while fostering a love of the game in a safe and inclusive environment. In order to keep our fees low and minimize barriers for participation, we rely on donations and sponsorships to reduce our operating costs. All donations and sponsorships are tax-deductible and go toward the costs of running a quality soccer program, such as coaching, uniforms, field reservations and maintenance, league fees, equipment, and scholarships for families that need financial assistance.
In addition to paid programs, we provide no-cost services to kids in our community through the free Community Futsal program that we manage in winter and partnerships with various organizations in our area.

Sponsorships
Sponsorships are a great way to promote your business to our more than 1,000 current and former members in the greater Sun Prairie area, while helping us in our goal to make youth soccer more accessible and inclusive to any child who wants to play the game. The money raised from these sponsorships support our club, including funding our scholarship program for families that need financial aid.
Businesses who sponsor a team receive:
- Team named after your business
- Name/logo of business on team shirts
- Recognition on Club's website
- Recognition in our membership newsletter
- Recognition through our social media channels
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
(Sponsorships in the form of donations of services/products may be considered in lieu of payment).
Junior Academy: $300
Exclusive team sponsor. Reaches about 200 families participating in the program annually, plus those of visiting teams.
Summer/Winter Training Camp Shirts: $200
Be one of up to 6 sponsors displayed on participants' shirts. Reaches about 100 families in each program.
Tryout Shirts: $200
Be one of up to 6 sponsors displayed on participants' shirts. Reaches about 250 families in summer.
Event Signage: $300
Exclusive field sponsor with signage and name in official schedule. Reaches about 200 families participating in the program annually, plus those of visiting teams.
Donations Needed
Donations provide a direct benefit to our players and other kids in the community by allowing us to collaborate with other organizations to offer free support for their programs, maintain fields on public land, and fund our scholarship program.
We are always in need of the following items or services:
- Grass seed and fertilizer
- Paint for lining fields
- Aeration
- Maintenance on field lining equipment
- Equipment: Goals, balls, pinnies, first aid kits, etc.
- Participation medals
- Used equipment that we can donate to others
- Miscellaneous items for various events
- Volunteers
