Fall seasons begin in September and go until early November.
Spring seasons begin in April and end in early June.
Birth Years 2014 (10U) and 2015 (9U) for the 2023-2024 league year. Players born in 2016 (8U) have the option to play up to 9U.
The 9U-10U age group begins the transition towards more competitive play in Phase 2 of our Player Development Framework. Players range from beginners to those with prior experience. Our staff aligns players to receive specific training that meets their current abilities. We believe that allowing young athletes to train with "like-minded" fellow athletes enhances the soccer experience for everyone involved.
All players have opportunities to receive additional training in both winter and summer months through our winter and summer training programs, specialized training days with our Director of Player Development, and can participate in our free community futsal program.
Evaluation Sessions
All Academy players are encouraged to attend evaluation sessions during the summer months. These sessions are optional, but we encourage all players to participate whenever they can. It is important to note that these sessions are not formal tryouts, but rather an opportunity for our coaching staff to observe players' skills, competitive readiness, etc., while providing incoming 9U players the opportunity to learn the 7v7 game format that they will be using this upcoming year. We believe that this is the best way to ensure that each player is placed on a team that is the right fit for them.
These sessions will take place as follows at Stoneridge Estates Park. You do not need to sign up for anything, just come out and play.
Thursday, July 13th, 6-7pm
Wednesday, July 19th, 6-7pm
Wednesday, July 26th, 6-7pm
Teams are formed based on feedback from Coaches and/or what we see in players during evaluation sessions.
1st team: Red
2nd team: White
3rd team: Gray
*8U players have the ability to play up to 9U if desired.
