2013 - 2014 Coed Team Information

Coed 2013-2014 Season

SPSC may field the following competitive (classic or state league) coed teams:

  • U11 (born on or after August 1, 2002) – plays both fall and spring seasons
  • U12 (born on or after August 1, 2001)— plays both fall and spring seasons
  • U13 (born on or after August 1, 2000)— plays both fall and spring seasons
  • U14 (born on or after August 1, 1999)— plays both fall and spring seasons
  • U15 (born on or after August 1, 1998)— plays spring season only
  • U16 (born on or after August 1, 1997) — plays spring season only
  • U17 (born on or after August 1, 1996) — plays spring season only
  • U18-19 (born on or after August 1, 1994) — plays spring season only

Evaluation Steps

Players interested in a more competitive soccer experience MAY try out for the next older team. Placement on their current age appropriate team is NOT guaranteed and requires a Player Evaluation. If interested in playing up a level, attend the player evaluation for the age-appropriate team as well as the evaluation for the older team. 

If you need to register your player for second team, please complete one registration and then contact Jeff Risseeuw.  Once the email is received you will recveive a special code that you will need to enter just above the order now button for the second evaluation.

To participate, SPSC MUST receive the following either by mail or at the evaluation:

  1. Release of Liability (Medical Waiver) form - This must be completed and either MAILED in for all players or brought to the evaluation.  The PDF is below.
  2. Copy of player’s birth certificate (If not previously turned in)
  3. Signed signature page from both the player and parent contract.  The parent/player contract is included with the Medical waiver PDF below.
  4. Contact the registrar stating the following if you cannot register online:
    1. Players Name
    2. Evaluation your child wants to attend
    3. Shirt Size
    4. Current club, coach, and team

Team Placement Registration Information

Registration fees are due within 2 weeks after notification and acceptance of placement on a team. Failure to pay the registration fee within two weeks may result in player removal from the team roster. If a player is playing up at a different age level, the fee required is based on the level of play, not the player’s actual age.

After placement on a team, go to the registration page at www.sunprairiesoccer.com to register for the Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 season.

If you are unable to register online, you can download all the required registration information. Or you can request the information to be emailed to you by emailing the registrar at registration@sunprairiesoccer.com.

SPSC Player Registration Fees

Age Group Coed Fee Season
U11 - U12 Coed $265 Fall and Spring
U13 - U14 Coed $265 Fall and Spring
U15 - U16 Coed $265 Spring
State League Coed $295 Spring
U17 - U19 Coed $265 Spring

Annual registration fees include SPSC membership, Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association registration, insurance, team medical supplies, equipment, field rental fees, and referee fees. Teams may, at their discretion, charge reasonable fees for tournaments, indoor soccer registration, and other costs agreed upon by the team and its players.
