Sun Prairie Soccer Club welcomes Wisconsin native, Jamie Lieberman as their new Director of Coaching. Not only does Coach Lieberman join the SPSC community with an extensive coaching resume, but he is also a member of the Wisconsin Army National Guard and a former professional soccer player. He holds coaching licenses from the United States Soccer Federation and National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Coach Lieberman is SPSC’s first full-time dedicated Director of Coaching.
SPSC President Lisa Kalmerton said, “Sun Prairie Soccer Club is thrilled to welcome Coach Lieberman to our community! His experience and leadership will help develop our players and coaches and bring our program to the next level. His diverse work background, strong work ethic, and determination will be the perfect compliment to a strong foundation that was built by dedicated volunteers.”
Sun Prairie Soccer Club has experienced tremendous growth in the last several years with membership at nearly 900 players ages 3-18 in the spring of 2017. SPSC currently plays games throughout Sun Prairie and is proud to represent the community with 5 teams playing at the state league level. Throughout both our fall and spring seasons, our competitive teams consistently win tournaments and places at top tiered levels in the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association league.
