The role of Registrar will encompass all aspects of the SPSC registration process including determining and meeting deadlines, payments (mail-in and incomplete), roster verification, maintain compliance with MAYSA policies, registrant list reporting and more. The Registrar is also responsible for database maintenance, volunteer and staff background check verifications, player pass cards, volunteer lists and other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates should be organized, professional, collaborative and have excellent verbal and written customer service skills. Previous experience with database management and general computer proficiency is required. The Registrar will work closely with the Communications Director and Treasurer, as well as the SPSC Board of Directors. Knowledge of club-based youth sports is not required, but recommended.
