Brian is a USSF D licensed Coach and has 11 years of experience coaching at various age groups. He is also a USSF certified referee.
Coaching Philosophy
My number one priority is to make the practices and games fun. If it's not fun, the players will lose interest. I also stress, at the younger ages, that every player will play at all positions. This helps increase the players understanding of the game by being exposed to all positions on the field. Finally, I tell my teams that it is not about winning or losing but how we play the game. I want the players to play hard and improve each game.
